BOOKING: Please book only for yourself. Please do not book for another guest, as this creates confusion as whom I’m treating. Each client must create their own user ID and password to book a session online. By scheduling an appointment with Jennifer Schade LMT/CMLDT you are agreeing to all office policies and fees. * CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULE, & NO SHOW POLICY: I prioritize your massage experience and tailor your treatments specifically for you. I request your cooperation with the offices scheduling policies. The Notice Window: Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late Cancellation and Reschedule Fee: We Charge 100% of the scheduled service price. We require 24 hours notice. No-Show Fee: We Charge 100% of the scheduled service price if the client fails to show up. Late Arrivals: The session will start and end at the scheduled finish time frame. The session will be billed at 100 % full amount regardless as to when a client shows up late. If it is 20 minutes past the scheduled start time, the massage therapist will only be able to do a SPOT area treatment due to time constraints, with other appointments. Past 30 minutes of time, the session will be billed at the 100% session amount and the client will be asked to reschedule. The session will not be able to be started due to time constraints. No new appointments will be made until a client has fulfilled payment of any outstanding balances with the office. *When scheduling appointments, you will be required to place a valid credit card on file to secure your session. Please note that cash, check, and all major credit cards are excepted. All credit cards incur a 4% credit card transaction fee. Any item that has to be invoiced to a customer incurs a 5% credit card transaction fee.
