Each area of musculature is warmed up with steamed towels as the therapist works to ease those stubborn trigger points within the musculature. We apply a moist heat pad to the back to further relax tense areas as we work the lower extremities. A foot scrub of choice can be chosen for your add on foot scrub. We have many to choose from!
